I have been on the Phen for around 6 weeks now and I have had an amazing loss of 50lbs. I started at 238 and am at an amazing 188. I go running everyday along with weight lifting and I eat 4 ounces 3 times a day of protine and fruit. Its a very hard thing to do, but the results are well worth it.

Congratulations !! I am very impressed too and want to know more. I am just getting started. Tommorow will be my first day on 15mg. I weigh 200 and want to get down to about 130. I don't exercise at all right know. How did you get started. It is so hard to even want to exercise when you are carrying around 70 extra pounds ! I hope I have the success that you have had. I know that you have worked really hard.

Wow, 50 lbs. in 6 weeks is quite an accomplishment. I am curious--- what does your Dr. have to say about this dramatic weight loss in such a short time?

50 pounds in six weeks!! woohoo!! You deserve a huge round of applause, girl!! What mg are you on? If you could tell us a little more about your eating, are you restricting carbs? I know that helps a ton, if one could just stick to it!! Anyway, congrats and tell us how we can do that!!

So many questions so little time :) I am taking 30 mg in the morning one hour before I eat. I will normally eat a banana in the morning and a salad for lunch, at dinner I make a point to have a protein. I have found that fish is really easy on my stomach so I eat that as often as I can. If I am out however I will eat some eggs. I have tried to cut out carbs entirely, however they are in just about anything. I have looked at a store called "Wild Oats" and they have some items that you can use. There is low carb bread which allows me to have sandwiches and my favorite, French toast (with sugar free syrup of course).
I had my 2 month check up yesterday, I also was concerned about my health with this rapid of loss. He told me that my loss is perfectly healthy. I weighed in at 181, I was 238 ( 57 lbs so far ). His reaction was this.... "You should write a book about this, I have never seen this kind of progress before." Kind of cracked me up.
In my opinion, exercise is the Most important part of my diet so far. Trying to do the things that I am currently doing would have been impossible for me to do 2 months ago. I started off by doing Tae-Bo basic. I also set exercise goals, one of which was to start running as soon as I hit 200 lbs. It is difficult to get going right when you start, but if your persistent and challenge yourself, it is within reach. I don't mean to toot my own horn, but I am looking and feeling good! I can see my stomach muscles, I haven't felt this good in years. If anyone needs more info, send me a private message and I will be happy to do what I can.
Good luck everyone!
