Ann-
I just was reading your reply to Casmos. I know how you are feeling because I was in the same situation a couple months ago. I started taking phen. in February weighing 234 lbs. Now, 6 months later I am down to 160. I didn't work out for the first 4 months I was on the phen because I was too humiliated to go to the gym. Now, I go 5 or 6 times a week. Let me tell you-YOU HAVE GOT TO WORK OUT! I got stuck just taking the phen. I got stuck at 180, but as soon as I started working out, the lbs. started melting off! I have never felt better and I think you would feel the same! I know it's tough to get the motivation to workout, but as soon as I made myself go to the gym 1 day I was addicted! I love it! And just knowing that I can lose even more weight working out is enough motivation for me! Good luck!

Okay, I realize I really, really need to work out. An believe me I do want to lose the weight. Would it be bad to ask what is the minimum I need to do to see results.

Ann-
When I first started working out, it really wasn't an excercise program. I walked 2 miles (which only takes about 30 minutes) a few times a week. Surprisingly enough, it was enough to keep the lbs. coming off! I was losing about a lb. or 2 a week. Now, I work out for about an hour a day 5 or 6 times a week and am losing between 3 to 4 lbs. a week. I'm telling ya-no matter what or how much you do-IT WILL HELP! And I promise, as soon as you start seeing those pounds falling off, you will be even more motivated to do even more. YOU CAN DO IT GIRL!

O.K. now you are really starting to get me motivated. School starts in about 2 weeks and I think I will look into joining the YMCA after they start back. It doesn't take long to do the math. Thanks for the encouraging words. :)
