i a just asking cause i have been on phen 3 weeks..plus u guys r success stories so u had to do something right...and CONGRATS to u guys :)

I pretty much eat whatever I cook for my family. Pretty basic I guess I just dont overdue it. Thats the key. I drink alot of water at least 120oz a day and workout 5-6days a week. Good Luck and Take Care

What I try to do almost everyday is:
Morning - Special K breakfast Bar
Lunch - Soup (Campbells) Low fat kind.
Dinner- rice cakes or raw vegetables.
*I am not that great with my exercise but I am trying. Right now I am going to aerobics twice a week and trying to walk on the treadmill the other days. Next week I have to do better.
I also make sure I drink at least 120 ounces of water a day. I take one multi-vitamin a day, one vitamin E, and one vitamin B.
I know this isn't very healthy but I want to lose this weight fast. I have lost 11 pounds in 2 weeks. I feel great.

I've only been on phen for a week and I've lost 6 1/2 pounds.
For breakfast I have either oatmeal with a glass of skim milk(240 cal) or egg beaters, 4 Healthy Choice sausages and 1 piece of toast with milk (300 cal)
For lunch I have a cheese and tomato sandwhich (may sound gross but I love it). I use Kraft fat free cheese, I have a glass of low sodium V8 and a serving of carrots (295 cal)
dinner is some kind of lean meat. Either Halibut or grilled chicken with broccoli/cauliflower, a small salad and sometimes a little rice.(340-400 cal).
I have one snack in the evening of 2 pieces of fruit; usually an orange and kiwi or banana and a container of fat free light yogurt. (210-250).
I don't ever starve myself and I make sure to get all the food groups in and drink a minimum of 96 oz's of water.

Oh yah, I forgot to add my exercise routine. I do step aerobics 5 days a week for 45 minutes and I am starting to add two days of lifting weights.

Hi
I usually have fruit all morning until about noon. I have a salad for lunch and I have a sensible dinner. For dinner I usually have 2 servings of veggies and chicken or fish.
I workout 6 days a week. I usually do the elliptical trainer and I run on the treadmill. I lift weights at least twice a week.
