This is my first post, although I have been visting this website since I started Phen in July. At first, I had my doubts about Phen. Now, I am a true believer. Not only have I lost weight, but even now when I don't take it I don't think about food. I guess I have gotten used to not eatting all the time. I love being able to be around food and not wanting to eat everything. I know that I would eat even when I wasn't hungry just because it was there. I thought that Thanksgiving was going to be a challenge, but I made it through without any problems. I think that I even lost some weight last week. :D This has been a great experience and I am so glad that I have the opportunity to share my experience with you all. Reading all the posts over the last few months has really helped and encouraged me. Thanks! :)
