Hi, everyone. I know I'm asking a lot of questions, but I've been reading through each of your stories like mad. I've found so much inspiration in all of them, but there are a few things I'm not seeing clearly ... sooooo, would anyone who has been on Phentermine awhile or has had an experience take the time to answer these questions? I'd appreciate it SO much! It would give me a better idea of what you're doing and what I should be doing. TIA!
How many calories did (or do) you eat per day to reach where you are now?
Do you not eat ANY junk food at all?
How much water do you drink?
Do all of you exercise? If so, what do you do?
Finally, how long were you on Phentermine?
I sure hope some of you answer because I'm anxious to read them!

I have been on phentermine since Dec 6th. I have lost a total of 6 and a half lbs. I usually do 30 min of cardio at least 5 times a week. I roller skate 1-2 times a week and just started up aerobics twice a week. Next week, I begin a dance class one night a week. Ideally, I do 30 min in the morning and some type of physical activity at night. It works for me because it allows for flexibility. I know if I've got something planned at night, then at least I got my morning workout in. I have not noticed any side effects and it makes me feel great. I drink water all day. I don't keep track, I just keep re-filling. Even thought I have not had a tremendous weight loss, I can really tell a difference in the way my pants fit. Once I got into a routine, working out became easier. Now, when I miss it, I hate it! I am also on the lowest dose of phen, (15 mg). If you drink lots of water and exercise 3-5 times a week for 20-30 min, you will see a difference. It may take awhile, but it's worth the wait!

Hi There:
I've only been on phen for two weeks. I've lost 7 or 8 lbs so far.
I have to force myself to eat 1200 calories a day. I mean force.
I don't eat any junk food. I figure if I have to force myself to eat, it's going to be something healthy. Lots of fruits, low-fat soup, protien, etc.
I drink a very large amount of water. Probably close to 64 oz a day (or less). I drank a lot of water before Phen anyway.
I excercise like crazy. At lunch a girlfriend and I go to the gym and weight train. In the evenings (M, W, F & S) I do cardio. My goal is to burn 500 calories, no matter which machine I am on. (Last night I did close to 600, but it was too much for me)
I figure if I am going to take a drug to help me shed these pounds, then I am going to get it together and make it happen. No cheating or slacking. So far, it has been working.

Cutie and Alicia, thanks so much for your replies!
Since the 1st of this year, I have lost 8 pounds (3 of those on Phentermine) and have been working HARD on bad habits, which means exercising, drinking water, and getting it together!
Alicia, I drink 112 ounces of water every day. I'm so thirsty on the Phentermine that I could probably drink more!
I also exercise four times a week, but like to put in a "bonus" workout. Things are going well and I feel myself eating less naturally even though it feels like my appetite is not suppressed, it must be! I thought back to how I used to sit in front of the computer munching away on salty snacks and now it's not even a thought. Of course, the Phen isn't a miracle. I have to hold myself back a lot, but I actually like the fact will power still applies. I just needed a metabolism boost and I think this is it.
Thanks again for responding. I really DO appreciate it! :)
