I've been on the phen since New Year's eve. Since then have lost 19lbs. Its great (other than slow urination and a feeling of soreness in the guy area) and I can't believe how little I eat. I'm curious to hear from people who have gone off after a big loss during the maximum period of three months use? Did the appetite just jump back at you?

Ok- I haven't gone off the pills yet and I've been on since Aug 1 2002. There is really no maximum period, i'm staying on until I hit my goal and so do a lot of people on here. As for the appetite coming back, well I started with only 15mg and then 30 mg, now i'll be going to 37.5, you may notice after a month or so that the effects lessen and you want something more powerful- hence the upped dosages available. I have gone off for only a couple days at a time, and cravings increase slightly, but by the time you get off the meds you should have learned how to eat well and be able to deal with cravings, at least in moderation. I also get a terrible headache once in a while if i miss a day.
