I have seen a lot of the new users posting here and would like to welcome you all. There is such great support here that I think you will find very helpful. It's really great to have a group of people that are going through the same thing you are. I know I don't have any major dieters around me in my everyday life and no one I can really turn to when I need help. My friends and family have no idea how hard it is and what I go through everyday, but then I come here and the support is just great. Anyway, I just wanted to say welcome and best of luck on your weightloss journey! :D
Make sure and check out the success stories too!! There are some truely inspirational and motivating stories there.

Thanks Crystal,
I appreciate the welcome.
I haven't started my phen yet but I am on Bontril(SP) for 2 weeks, then I will get started on phen.
I am on a 1000 calorie diet and I have been exercising daily. My son (4yrs old) exercises with me...lol
Matter of fact he woke up this morning and said, mom are you ready? I said, ready for what? He said ready to EXERCISE.
He keeps me in line...

Thanks for the welcome. I just started mine on 2/4/03.
I hope and pray that this works for me.
I have a question for ya though.
Can you get this stuff off the net without a prescription?
I got mine from my doctor. 15mg a day, once a day.
Cost me a little over $ 37. bucks for 30 days.
Thanks
BillieGail

Thanks so much for welcoming us....I started phen monday and I am very proud to say i've lost 4 pounds so far this week....wooooohoooooo. I was going to wait and weigh myself weekly but, couldn't stand it. I just had to get on there and see if anything had come off. I haven't measured inches yet i plan on doing that today. I'm the same as alot of you my husband and people close to me don't need dieting and never have. My aunt in Wichita Falls, Tx introduced me to phen and I am so glad she did i feel like i've known you guys for years. Everyone on these forums have been so nice and very supportive. I LOVE IT!!! I don't have too much to lose I was 174 sunday and today i'm 170. I want to be at 135~140ish. I am also drinking lots of water and exercising daily, and have changed my eating habits alot. Thank you all again for all the support and concern you all have showed. I definitely know when i'm having a bad day and need that extra boost there are tons of people ready to help on these forums and i'm so thankful for that....Until next time.

Angeladawn, My advice to you is to measure now. I started phen 3 weeks ago and I didn't measure the first week now I wish I had. In the last two weeks I have lost a total of 12lbs and 23 1/4". I lost the first 6lbs the first week, so now I wonder if I had measured the first week what my real total of inches would be. Just a thought. Keep us updated on your journey, and when you get down and out, come here. Everyone is so great. When I feel like I'm all alone on my weightloss journey, and nobody could possibly feel like I do, I come here and everyone makes me feel so much better and I know that I am not alone. Anyway, good luck to you.

Hi! Thanks for the welcome. This is my first day here as a member, but have been viewing the posts for a few days. I just started phen today and am very excited. I am getting married April 26th, and really want to look my best. I did Adkins for a year and lost 30 lbs. Took along time to loose and got discouraged easily towards the end. Hoping phen will get me going again. Want to loose 35 lbs. Thanks for all the great support, and look forward to sharing with everyone.

Dandi~ Little children are the best :D !! They will always tell you the truth.... even if its not good :blabla: .
Honeybeemd~ No prob!! :D
BillieGail~ Yes you can get it on the net, but not as cheap as you are getting it. I buy mine online and it costs a fortune. My regular doctor will not prescribe weight loss medications (she only weighs like 90 pounds  ). So, I have to get mine off the net.
Angeladawn~ I know the feeling about the scale. I get on mine every single day and have since I started. We recently moved out of our house and I put it in a box......well hubby couldn't find the box  . We searched for the longest time for that scale. I just had to have it! :blabla:
The only person that knows that I'm on Phen is my hubby. I don't want people thinking I am taking an easy way out.. its not easy! I work my butt of every single day.
Amy~ Good luck!! don't get discouraged if you don't lose the whole 35 pounds. Just keep in mind every little bit helps!!! . I'm sure you'll look great at your wedding. I took the opposite approach  .. It took me getting back my wedding pics to see I needed a major life change. So, good luck to you! :D

Thank you Chrystal
Maybe my doctor will leave me on these for a while. I have spent enough on doctors and medications. Money is tight right now, so I think I'll use my prescription card.
Thanks again for your reply.
