I have a goal to lose 73 pounds and am really encouraged by all of you at this site. I know Phen is not a miracle cure but getting some of the weight off so I can actually walk and excercise without feeling like my leg will snap will be great.
Is anyone doing the Pilates exercise program?
I plan to do Tae-Bo but at this stage 8 minutes of exercise might kill me LOL.
I do Yoga for meditation so I think the Pilates will jell well. What do you think? Would the Pilates be considered exercise - aerobic

Welcome,
Pilates is definately exercise. You might want to consider including some walking every other day as well. Good luck with the weight loss.

Walking is a little beyond me right now - problem with right knee. Hopefully all will be well next month and I can walk. I plan to get one of these elliptical things so I can do a few minutes at a time. My limit on the leg standing is 5 minutes at any 1 time

hi gottalose,
I too have about 73, and am starting phen tomorrow. I got it on friday. I know what you mean about walking and the knees as I tried to do that and ended up hurting myself where i had to take 2 weeks off and do NOTHING. So I was going to tell you that spinning/cycling has helped me immensley. I have been doing that for 2/3 times per week and it doesn't hurt your knees. You can make it as hard or easy as you want, everyone has their own "ride". Just thought I would throw that in there as I do it, and have the bad knee thing going on! Good luck!
