Hello,
I've been checking out this wonderful website that just makes me so inspired and motivated to get this weight off of me. I been overweight since childhood and It was very difficult for me my whole life. Well I have been eating the right food and drinking lots of water but the only thing I have a problem with is excersize. I try to fit it into my schedule but it just don't seems to work. My doctor says walk alot and drink plenty of water and it will just melt away. Any one out there with advice please help!!!!!

Your doctors right.

But little bits of excercise add up to lots. how to fit into your normal routine:

If you work don't send an email to a colleague who is in the same building get and walk around and tell them.

Park further away when shopping

Take the stairs instead of the lift (unless it's a 50 storey bldg and your on the top floor)

I'm sure there are heaps more things you could do.

Also if you force yourself to go for a walk it will soon become a habit and you will WANT to go.

I use to say I didn't have time to exercise then I started getting up an hour early. The kids and hubby are still sleeping I get quiet time to myself and now I love to exercise. I started Phen at 200 and this gave me even more energy to get up early. Because I drink so much water I get up at night to use the bathroom when it is within a 1/2 hour or so of the time I want to get up I take my phetermine. 30 min after that you couldn't sleep if you wanted too and the exercise makes the rest of your day energizing. Good luck

LouisianaSweetheart, I have to agree with the comments Ms Kitty said....If you want to do it in private get Walk Away The Pounds for abs...Thats what I'm using for now until this crazy weather :thinking: in my area gets better..... :D
