Constipation no more - read this for a true fix

I spent some time on DrNatura's web site. It's about intestinal cleaning and how it totally benefits your health. They have some pretty detailed accounts of what comes out of you. As gross as some of it is, it's compelling.

Then I googled to learn whether it's a myth and you aren't actually poooping the stuff you take. Bottom line - a little of both, but it makes you regular and we can all use more fiber. Even better - I found a way to do the program without spending all that money.

At the health store, get a jar of Sonne's #9 intestinal cleanser - or some other brand that contains psyllium husks as the main ingredient. Also, get some tea with senna as the main ingredient. There's a hokey brand called Slim Tea with an asian woman on the box.

In the morning, mix a heaping teaspoon with a little juice for flavor and a cup of cold water, Don't mix it with juice alone, trust me - it gets too thick and you gag. It doesn't taste bad at all, just slam it and move on with your day. You will feel a little full for an hour or so, but it won't make you go so don't worry about going to work.

In the evening, before bed, have a cup of the hot tea. Steep it for only 2-3 minutes at first so you can see how you react to it the next morning.

In the morning, after a cup of coffee, you will be sooooo happy. It's serious, but not explosive or crampy. Very healthy like when you were a kid. You will probably go twice. The first time, you'll think, ok, whatever, I went. The second time, you'll undestand what a healthy, fiberous pooop really is. It's heaven. You feel slimmer and lighter. Lead belly gone.

Believe me, I suffered for 3 weeks on phen before I sorted this out. Yes, I drink enough water and I eat lots of fiber-rich food. I tried dulcolax (ouch, cramps, and not quality output), fiber supplements (they did nothing), even a suppository one day (really pointless). I am telling you, I feel FANTASTIC. This is helping. Not only with regularity, but with weight loss (Dr Natura site will tell you about how the average person has 5-10 lbs of old hardened waste inside them). I can see my lower belly is shrinking and I've lost the "ache" and it's only been 3 days.

I am a 100% believer in the Dr. Natura website. I did a search one day for "belly flattening" and this came up. I read on it and researched it for about 6 months before my husband and I took the plunge and did the 30 day cleanse. We felt great! No more cramps and I had more energy and did not feel so "bogged down" and bloated anymore.

If Resmoo says that her way works just as well, then it's worth a try! But, I say it was worth the money. I still use the Dr. Natura tea every night because it is relaxing and I think it helps me stay regular.

The Sonne's was about 12 bucks at the health store, and the tea was 3.50 at the grocery store. I actually bought the sonne's several months ago but never started it.

I may try Dr Natura in the future, but for now I went cheap to see if it's a program I can stick with for a period of time.

At gnc, I found Health Plus® Inc. THE ORIGINAL Colon Cleanse® - Orange Flavor. It says that it's 100% psyllium husk. I'm definitely going to try it because even before phen i had problems. I did a juice/water fast 3 months ago and drank a juice cleanser and at least I was able to go every day after that. But since phen, my system is out of wack again. I have not stopped taking the phen. If I did, I wouldn't be constipated anyway! But the cleanse is good for you in other ways, so I get why you asked.

I have done the DrNatura conlonix and the pictures you see are for real I did not believe it until I saw the results myself. The order comes via UPS and you do not have to wait forever for it lol. I love the Kleri tea at night and that is actually what makes you go in the morning. The paranil pills are great for teh intestinal worms and YES they do exist in all of us. I would say if you wanted to do the Drnatura colonix then go ahead and never look back. I am actually drinking the Kleri tea now before bed.

Okay, I went to the website...I'm still trying to recover from the photo's :eek: . NOBODY warned me, I was eating popcorn. NOT ANY MORE!!!! I thought it was just pictures of people's stomachs. I had NNNNOOO idea what was on the site, OMG. I'm so ready for this cleansing now. My stomach is irritated just from watching the site, lol. I think it's scared. However, my question is this.

Has anyone actually had these results PICTURED on the site?

Did you have them from any other method than that listed on the site? Resmoo did you?

After I saw those pics, I think I might just have to shell out the extra cash. I'm so disgusted (and scared) at what might be on the inside of me. :( I know the ones I love the most will be on this soon also. After I try it out!!!

Cookie, I have not yet seen such dramatic toliet performances. However, I am clearly passing a considerable more than normal, and it's a little different each day. This is only day 5.

After reading BeautifulScars testimony, I may shell out the cash and do it too. The DrNatura system have a few more herbs and stuff than my bargain plan, mabe that's the difference. I'm going to stay on mine until I'm out of my products, however.

I checked out Dr. Natura's site like a mouth ago after reading the Post on Colon Cleansing. I wanted to order it but didn't want to spend the money and have nothing happen.
Cookie-- I would really appreciate it if you could start Post with your results after a couple of weeks. From what I heard it takes a week or two to start passing some of those crazy alien like things.

I did the Dr. Natura for only 1 month. The results were amazing! I still do the Kleri Tea at night because I like the way it helps me rest and go in the morning.

I did not have anything as dramatic as what they had on their website, but I have to say what I saw was amazing. I actually got brave to fish a couple things out. I kept seeing these "Big M&M" yellow looking things. At first I thought, oh, it's corn. But then, I hadn't had any corn in a while! So, I got one and broke it open. It was like a disc of pure lard! Imagine Crisco in a small circle, hardening and then breaking it open! Yep, no telling how many of those passed! But, I felt so much better after my 30 days and I actually felt better within the 1st week.

Trust me, it's worth the $88!!

Kaitlin - I sure will. I'm just trying to determine what's a good date for me to start the program where I can get to a bathroom anytime I need to. I have some work travel and trainings coming up so I hope I can fit it in sometime soon. (wouldnt want to have to keep leaving class because of stomach issues, lol).

ALL - My co-worker also said to try Psyllium (in its natural form) I think its one of the main ingredients from the site. She said it works just as well but then I showed her the DrNatura site and after she got over the initial photo shock(that I'm sure everyone has) said it didn't work like THAT, lol. So I will be letting her know about it too when i try it. In the meantime, I might try what Resmoo mentioned if I get around to it. I've never done any cleansing so this will be some kind of trip I'm sure. :p

Cookie, I can tell you after a week of this, the toliet times are very predictable. I take the Sonne's #9 (mostly psyllium husk) at the same time every day (mid morning) and the tea at 8:30pm.

My pooops are always at the same time, around 8am. Twice I've gotten a Bonus Round later in the day, but not the kind that would cause an embarrassment during work/travel. I say go for it.

Thanks for all the info. I too suffer from problems, with or without phen. I usually have to take senna or cascara sagrada pills every nite to be regualr. Occasionally i chug down "calcium nitrate" (before surgery drink stuff) thats like $3 at your local pharmacy but hat stuff just seems so dangerous.

I will go check out the site and try the cheap way. When I have the extra $ might go get the real stuff!!!

Thanks so much for the info and cheaper way to do it. I just had a 2nd baby, and really feel like I could prob. drob 5lbs or so If I could clean myself out, and maybe it would help w/ my tummy pudge a bit, since thats where all my weight is.
A while back (more than 4 years, I did an enema... would you suggest those opposed to this or is that totally different???) Could you do them together???

rissamarie, I wouldn't recommend an enema because I think it's a one-shot deal, loaded with chemicals. And it just knocks out what is in there currently. Taking the psylium husks is very good for your system, it helps remove the stuff that is literally stuck to the walls or your bowels, the buildup that prevents us from absorbing nutriets, causes bloating, and (some may argue) is the root of many diseases. And it does this over time.

The tea is only necessary if you are really constipated on phen (or in general). The psyllium husk fiber bulks and gels, and the senna tea stimulates the "action."

BTW, you are too funny with the Kool Aid reference. Have you ever heard comedian Dane Cook's rant on the Kool Aid guy? You will p i s s yourself laughing.

Another option is 100% psyllium capsules. You can get them under the Metamucil name but I buy the generic Target brand. Only about $7 for a bottle of 160. I take them and they seem to work very well.

Damn, i wish this was available in Australia. I have experienced some of that gross intestine looking buildup exiting the building as the result of an enema, but the intestinal cleanse kit available here that i tried just gave me really bad gas! lol. I wanna try this stuff, i want all that bad stuff out of me!
