The Tegretol is not for a seizure disorder, but to treat BiPolar Disorder.
I have an appointment with my DR on the 20th, but I just am anxious to know if anyone else has problems with getting a phentermine prescription and treating Bipolar disorder.
Thanks in advance for your help!! :)

i havent heard of bipolar / phentermine good or bad... but i know they give antideppressants with it, it does say that anyone with a history of mental illness or who is taking ant psychotics should not take this med,, due to the side effects of the drugs.< i read that off my pill pack> :) i hope that helps ,, have you taken them yet or are you starting the 20th

Well, Tegretol is not an anti-depressant, nor an anti-psychotic!
Yeah, I know that people who have Bi-Polar can sometimes be more likely to be addicted to drugs, and fortunately, I don't drink/smoke/do any sort of drug (yet, have an addiction to food, I suppose)
Well, thanks for your input. :c)
I will just have to wait until my DR appointment, I suppose. (I don't have any phen, as of yet)
Thanks for your help :c)
